Please include:

- The email address associated with your order or account
- Your country or region
- The specific right or choice you want to exercise
- Enough detail for us to understand and locate the relevant information
Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.
Identity verification
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use only information reasonably necessary for verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may ask for additional information or explain why we cannot complete it.
Authorized agents
